Welcome to Kazka Jewellery! By using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.


1. General Provisions

1.1. Kazka Jewellery is an online platform for wholesale jewelry trading, exclusively designed for business clients (B2B).
1.2. These Terms govern access to the platform, its functionalities, and all transactions carried out through it.
1.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Polish courts.


2. Registration and Account Management

2.1. Platform Access: Registration is only available to invited partners of the company. Invitations are sent to the business owner to create an account.

2.2. Owner and Manager Accounts:

  • Business Owner has full access to the platform’s functionalities, including:
    • Viewing and placing orders of any type.
    • Ordering loose gemstones unavailable to managers.
    • Managing users (adding, editing, or removing managers in the system).
    • Viewing all managers’ carts and confirming their orders.
  • Manager has limited access and can:
    • View retail prices in the Showroom section.
    • Place orders on behalf of the store, which are automatically converted into wholesale prices in the owner’s cart.
    • Cannot manage users or order loose gemstones separately.

2.3. Data Verification: Kazka Jewellery reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration. We may request documents confirming the client’s status as a legal entity or entrepreneur.

2.4. Confidentiality of Account Data: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password. In case of unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.


3. Platform Functionalities

3.1. Difference Between Showcase and Showroom:

  • Showcase: A section for business owners displaying wholesale prices for purchases.
  • Showroom: A section for managers showing retail prices, which are automatically converted into wholesale prices in the cart during order placement.

3.2. Order Cart:

  • The owner can approve orders partially (e.g., order only loose gemstones).
  • Manager orders are sent to the owner’s cart for confirmation before processing.

3.3. Order Placement:

  • Orders placed by managers are automatically forwarded to the owner’s cart.
  • The owner is responsible for verifying and approving orders before they are processed.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery times depend on the destination country.

4.2. A company manager will contact you after the order is placed to confirm the delivery timeframe and cost.

4.3. The delivery address can be added in the Shipping Destination section of your profile.

4.4. Kazka Jewellery assumes responsibility for the goods until they are handed over to the courier. Any damage to the goods during transportation must be documented by the client in the presence of the courier. After the goods are handed over to the client, full responsibility transfers to the buyer.


5. Payment

5.1. We offer several payment methods, including bank transfers and online payment systems.

5.2. Orders must be paid within 7 business days from the date of invoice issuance. If payment is not made on time, Kazka Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the order or restrict access to the platform.

5.3. Payment history can be viewed in the Finance section, which displays all completed transactions as well as unpaid or partially paid orders.


6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Returns are only accepted for goods with confirmed manufacturing defects.

6.2. To submit a return request, the client must contact our customer support team and provide a description of the defect along with photos of the item.

6.3. Upon confirmation of the defect, the company will refund the item’s cost or arrange a replacement.


7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on the platform (images, texts, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of Kazka Jewellery.

7.2. Copying, modifying, or using the platform’s content without prior permission from the company is strictly prohibited.


8. Privacy

8.1. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Your data is used exclusively for order processing and improving our services.


9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms.

9.2. We will notify you of any changes via email or by posting an announcement on the platform. The new Terms will take effect 7 days after the notification.


10. Force Majeure

10.1. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or technical failures beyond our control.

10.2. In the event of force majeure, we are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations.
